3 Steps to Happiness
In such chaotic times, it’s natural for us to get stressed out and lose our sense of peace. However, the key is to not get washed away in this wave of chaos, and to instead learn how to manage our energy and emotions. If you’re someone who needs a boost of happiness, here’s 3 simple steps to increase happiness!
𝟏. 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠
By moving stagnant energy within the body and increasing your endorphins, you’ll feel more motivated, more at peace, and you’ll increase your energy and awareness!
Clear your mind. Take 3 deep, cleansing breaths. Continue breathing normally. With every inhale visualize light entering your body and mind. With every exhale, visualize negativity, fear, and illness leaving your mind and body.
If you’re experiencing negative emotions, find a way to express and release them. Dance. Paint a picture. Punch a punching bag. Journal. Run. Sing. Find what feels appropriate to you to release these emotions.
Repeat these 3 steps as needed.
