6 Steps to Reduce Stress

Releasing stress is easier than we make it out to be.

Here's an easy 6-step process to releasing your stress after a long workday.

1. Close your eyes and relax your body

2. Inhale for 4 seconds

3. Hold your breath for 4 seconds

4. Exhale for 4 seconds

5. Hold for 4 seconds

6. Repeat steps 2-5 until you feel relaxed

After you have completed this process, you should feel relaxed, rejuvenated, clear headed, peaceful, and ready to move forward with your day!
